PASS PLUS IS A TRAINING SCHEME FOR NEW DRIVERS DESIGNED BY THE DRIVING STANDARDS AGENCY (DSA)
PASS PLUS helps you by speeding up the learning process under expert tuition and reduces your risk of being in an accident. The course will help boost awareness of most kinds of hazards and help you plan for them safely plus saving you money on car insurance premiums.
The price of the Pass Plus course is:- £ 130.00
It is a minimum of 6 hrs which is taken after passing your test.
If more lessons are required for you to successfully complete the course this may add to the cost
PASS PLUS consists of 6 practical modules which covers driving on rural roads day/night duel carrigeways/ motorway. You can take it at anytime within the first 12 months of passing your test.
There is no test at the end of it your driving will be assessed by your instructor and you must complete all of the modules of the course to an achieved/exceeded standard.
Don't worry If you don't have a car at the moment you may be able to defer the discount for up to 2 years, check with your insurance company.
Refresher driving lessons are ideal for people who want to improve their driving skills to drive safely and with confidence.
REFRESHER COURSES ARE SUITABLE FOR PEOPLE:-
- Who have passed their driving test but have not driven regularly since.
- Who need to drive on a more regular basis than they are used to.
- Who will supervise their son/daughter whilst they're learning with an instructor and want to update their own knowledge and skills.
- Who because of medical reasons need to change from manual cars to automatic.
- The number of lessons that you require will depend on your current skills and the need to give you sufficient confidence to drive safely.
